Summary

I Implemented HCD and UX methodologies and tools, providing a Service Design perspective for exploring digital transformation through enterprise data management governance.

Insight

  • Conducting continuous parallel research efforts requires managing and setting stakeholder expectations and communicating progress in a visual manner that stakeholders find useful


Outcome

Provide Service Design research and workshops to aligned stakeholders and develop an initial enterprise data management model, influencing priorities for data governance implementation, mapping system architecture, and establishing user engagement.


Results

  • Identified user archetypes related to the system architecture based on primary tasks, roles, and responsibilities

  • Mapped User Ecosystems to connect research efforts to universal framework, scaling insights across the enterprise

  • Established collaborative working groups to identify change signals for potential future needs and features
